    Kashgar “Three Classrooms” Promotion Conference

IFREECOMM deeply participated in the on-site promotion conference for the “Three Classrooms” initiative, jointly organized by the National Center for Educational Technology, Xinjiang Provincial Educational Technology Center, and Kashgar Prefecture Education Bureau. We demonstrated diverse application scenarios of the “Three Classrooms” to local education authorities and five schools in Shache County—including 167 teachers and 750 students—with exceptional lip-sync audio-video quality. A high-fidelity remote music class was delivered to Grade 2 Class (3) at Wudalike Town Central Primary School.

Kashgar Special High School – Shenzhen Hongling Middle School

Supported by the Ministry of Education’s “Ten-Thousand Teachers Program for Aid to Tibet and Xinjiang,” IFREECOMM connected Kashgar Special High School with Shenzhen Hongling Middle School via a single network line and one screen. This enabled routine interactive classes, teaching research activities, and sharing of premium instructional video resources—building for Kashgar Special High School a highly qualified, professional teaching team that never goes offline.

6th Division Education Bureau Digital Campus Project

To avoid disrupting normal instruction across 33 K–12 schools in the division, IFREECOMM field engineers worked overnight for several consecutive days—even during heavy snow—to comprehensively upgrade recording-and-broadcasting classrooms and “Classroom-to-Classroom” devices. The upgrades enabled network-based teacher training, online classroom observation, and sharing of premium educational resources—fully supporting on-demand, routine implementation of the “Three Classrooms.”

    Shaya County, Aksu Prefecture

Under the coordinated planning of the county education bureau, IFREECOMM deployed interactive recording-and-broadcasting systems at Shaya County No. 3 Primary School and several primary schools in Tuoyibolede Town. Using the “1+N” network classroom model, synchronous instruction is now delivered across urban and rural campuses—enabling students across the county to attend the same high-quality class together.

In Xinjiang, IFREECOMM’s footprint in advancing educational informatization spans the entire region—from Urumqi and the 12th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps to Yecheng and Yining. Moving forward, we will continuously enhance the technical capabilities of the “Three Classrooms” and “Internet + Education” initiatives—delivering high-fidelity audiovisual interactivity to bring more premium teaching resources into Xinjiang, support balanced education development between eastern and western China, and further empower equitable education within counties.
